Research project exploring rockpools of the North East coast.

24-page publication, screenprints, risograph prints

The project aimed to explore the shifting ebb and flow of rockpools, whose structures and forms change roughly twice a day with the tide. Some elements are swept away, some elements are brought in, some parts stay mostly the same. This project relied on a Goethean approach of 'dwelling in the phenomena' with walking, exploration and observation key to the development of the work.
